Event Promotion


Our experienced staff is in the business of promoting downtown Roanoke in a well executed and creative manner. We are community based, community focused, marketing driven,  and based on establishing relationships with businesses, organizations and public at large.

Currently EventZone uses a website, social media, and traditional advertising to help promote activities , as well as our popular Event Calendar and frequent mass emails to our opt-in subscribers.

Please note: to include your festival, event or activity on the Event Calendar and in our emails you must fit the following criteria:

  • The hosting and administrative organization of the event is a non-profit organization.
  • The event is held in downtown Roanoke- “The Zone” and is open to the public.
  • The event being promoted is a “special” event or activity that can reasonably be expected to attract at least 50-70 persons. It’s not simply business as usual.

EventZone retains the right of decision regarding content and inclusion. To help us gather the information we need to help you.
